The amount of SH needed varies by application. For sidings, use a 1-1.5% mix; for roofs, use a 3-4% mix. To make a 3% roof wash with sodium hypochlorite 12.5%, mix about 15 gallons SH with 35 gallons water. Buy sodium hypochlorite 12.5% per gallon (NJ Warehouse only).
