We suggest a 2parts marine grade epoxy such as "JB Weld"
Make sure to rough up the surface on both the clamp and pole.
and don't forget to wipe any excess glue from the outside and inside of the tube afterwards.
Allow to dry 24 hours before using and sliding other sections back on.
You don't want to accidentally glue 2 sections together.
