Focus on the numbers. There's 4 numbers associated with these nozzles.
The first 2 numbers is the degree of the spray pattern. 00 meaning pencil jet. The rest will be fan jets ( 15 / 25 / 40)
The last 2 numbers relate to the orifice size / hole size. This determines the volume of water that comes out.
The #'s you have provide from an amazon purchase shows a 03 orifice. Thats a skinny stream of water.
The most common orifice size for Softwashing is 30.
Since you already bought a jrod, you could consider just purchasing nozzles and unscrew the ones that came with your amazon order.

I want to see how high you were looking to go and what the psi is on your pump.
3gpm is kind of low for softwashing. The industry uses between 5gpm up to 8gpm.
