I would not recommend this pad and holder system for alternative pads,
Ettore has developed a unique, robust system for this mop and pad system.
the microfiber pad has pockets on the ends to hold the pad to the holder and the holder has a unique hinge system to allow the mop head pad holder to fold and slip into the pads.
A great system for holding the mop pads.
