Per the manufacturer...: BIO BLACKTOP Conditioner should last 3-5 years depending on installation and environment conditions.

Bio Blacktop Asphalt conditioner service life depends on the volume of traffic and size of vehicles.
We did our parking lot 4 years ago.
Where the semi-truck enter and turn around to back up to the dock lasted just over 2 years.
Where our employees enter and park that lasted over 3 years.
This July will be our 4th year since applying it and I plan to re-seal it this summer
