I could not find a direct reference for compatibility of the Viton Seals in the sprayer
and the isoparaffinic hydrocarbon fluid (CAS Number 64742-48-9) that you are asking about.
I found a general reference document that mentions isoparaffinic hydrocarbon and offers some compatibility to Synthetic Hydrocarbons as acceptable

another thing I found is a reference in a 3M MSDS Sheet for a cable cleaner where the primary ingredient is isoparaffinic hydrocarbon fluid at 50 to 70% by weight
In that MSDS they describe that the operator should use Gloves made from the following material(s): Fluoroelastomer (Viton), Nitrile Rubber, Polyethylene.
So some positive statements...
