If you are not happy with the pads that come with the Ladder Standoff
Then I would recommend that you cover the pad with a 16in micro fiber towel
capturing the pad in the center of the towel and wrap the towel around the pad,
bundling the edges of the towel behind the pad, securing that bundle with a zip tie.
or perhaps a carpet swatch attached in some way to the pad surface

The item you are looking for is the round fleece pads that they made for this stand off. Unfortunately they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. I tried to Google to see if a different vendor still had them in stock but was not able to find any one. Sorry for the inconvenience.
