I don't feel it will be as stiff as you are looking for. The clear portion of the product, is really just a hose, so it will be fairly floppy compared to what you are envisioning.
How stiff is this tool? I need to be able to extend it over my head and curve it down into a downspout. ProTool Gutter Down Spout Snake
