The error code "OC" stands for over current. This controller is rated for 15amps.
Like this 150-0855 Pump 1 gpm
Could it be possible that you are using a pump that draws 25amps?
The 150-0856 or 150-0857 5.0 gallon per minute pumps would cause that error
