If the degreaser that touched the asphalt, was just from your regular washing solution (already diluted/ ran through chem injector, etc...) then all you really have to do is rinse it off and that's mainly to keep the asphalt looking nice since the wash water will dirty it up.
If it was spilled onto the asphalt, straight from the bottle at full concentrate, you will have to make sure you rinse VERY thoroughly. Multiple rinse applications until there are no more suds and it will be very likely that there be a discoloration or pitting. Its definitely strong.
