Yes, and no. The Garden hose shutoff is not the limiting factor on how many pressure washers you can run as it provides 4 water connections. The limiting factor is the water source as it only provides so much water at one time.
Most tap water sources are 5 GPM maximum. Which means you can only run 1 pressure washer that's rated at 4 GPM.
If you are running of a buffer tank you can run two pressure washers provided you have water in the tank.
