You need to follow the OSHA Guideline's for use of the Roof Rig,
There is no Certification from OSHA,
you should read and understand the OSHA 1910 Subpart D regulations
and specifically 1910.27 for Rope Descent Systems.

Also, many states have added additional regulations concerning the use of a Roof Rig,
so be sure to review the state where this will be deployed.
There are training and certificate programs available to businesses
that will train the operators in the safe use of the Roof Rigs and rope descent work.
The Roof Rig has several interrelated components that make up a system, and the Roof Rig will need to be tied off to a qualified anchor,
the suspended worker will also need anchors anchors as well.
