Yes, It will remove the rust stains on the door hinge as well as any rust run off onto the door. But if the door hinge is still rusting, you may find that the stain comes back. In additional to the rust stain removal, we suggest applying a stop rust too. We do not sell this item but it can be easily found at your local hardware store.
